I found this figure in a lot with eighties/nineties action figures. Anyone have an idea where this figure originates from?

The limbs are detachable.

It appears to be a 70s/80s cereal prize premium by the look of the plastic and design.

If he is toy soldier size he might be part of the sets in my Kinder post.  He has that look.

Youre right, he has that look and is that size. So I guess it could be a Kinder figure.
