The FInal Fantasy Creatures set is a set of 3" figures of FF monsters (I've reviewed Anima and Braska's Final Aeon) that come in three colors- painted, metallic, and crystal. today, I shall review the full-color version of Sin from Final Fantasy X.

Sculpt- Sin is larger than a city in the game, so it's amazing to see the EXTREME attention to detail on the little guy. The tiny little eyes on the tip of his snout and the scale-model of Zanarkand on his head are rendered perfectly. I also like the different materials for the "wings" and base. Sin comes in eight pieces- Base, body, tail, two hind fins, and three "Wings." He assembles pretty easily and stays together well. The "wings" and base are transluscent, although it doesn't show in the pic.

Paint Job- perfect for the sculpt. I'll just say that.

Articulation- You can move the removeable pieces, like the tail and wings, but it's not really meant to be articulated.

Overall: 4.5 out of 5. A really, REALLY beautiful mini, but it's just a mini:P And there are some more impressive figures in this set.

Here's another angle!

Also:

Pricing: This could run you from $5-$10, so be careful

Accuracy to game: Perfect, except for ONE nitpicky thing- when Sin sprouted wings, it had FOUR, not three. Maybe they should have kept with a pre-damaged Sin? (Which had siz sets of legs/fins- you blast two off, and it sprouts those wings instead)
