Hey guys,

I inherited some items from a family member that spent a bunch of time in Japan. I'm going through getting rid of some stuff. I thought I'd offer it here first.

Barefoot Gen Vol 1
It's a classic that's been republished a bunch of times over the years... never seen this version before. It's an early english translation from 1987, published by New Society Publishers.

The next two - I'm not really familiar with at ALL... it's almost like a combination textbook/ manga.

I know there's a lot more folks on the forum more familiar with stuff from Japan than I... so perhaps you can fill in the gaps.

Each book is $4 each. S&H is $3.75 Media Mail (the $3.75 is flat price, whether you get all 3 books or 1).

PayPal friends and fam preferred.

Let me know if you have any questions!! I'll be uploading pics momentarily!

The Japanese text at the top of the "What's What" books breaks down like this:

The 2 red characters at the top of the oval say something like "Explanatory Illustration". To the right of that, the red text that goes off at an angle says "English Edition".

The blue text under that is kind of funny. It translates in a rough literal way to "This is how it is in the world", or more colloquially, "What's what".

Finally, the smaller red text under that corresponds to the blue text in English under and to the right of the "What's What".

So... in other words, the translation offers practically nothing to expand on the info you already have!

Thank you
