I am struggling to find new and fun ways to display MUSCLE figures.  I like to rotate out figures every couple weeks, but all I really do is pull out some cool little dudes and line them up on the mantle.  Maybe add a few to a bookshelf here and there. I am getting a little blase and need a jump start.

I am toying with a diorama style concept, but that idea is only in its formative stages.

Anyone have, or ever seen, any sort of interesting diorama displays for MUSCLE?  Or at least something that isn't as static as a row/pile of figures?

Great thread idea. I have been contemplating this a lot lately myself. And not just for kinnikuman, but for my other collectibles as well. While I have no suggestions, I am really looking forward to seeing the responses you get.

Blocks arranged in a pyramid work surprisingly well.

Above is a link to some pics of my Beast Mountain.  I made it with styrofoam, plastic aquarium plants and model railroad terrain materials.  some of the elevations use 2" foam, but 1" might be a better scale for MUSCLE.  And the terraces could be made narrower to fit in more levels.

i find the Gormiti's Fire Mountain a good one for about a dozen LRGs.  Also that Skylanders Dr Crankcase "haunted" house is really fun. Tim-Mee battle Mountain is nice. Styrofoam inserts can be cut to shape to display them on.

if space is an issue, print out some backgrounds or scenery and just display them in front of it.

That's great stuff. Good reference pics for brainstorming. Thanks much! And good to see the kiddo having a blast, gives me hope for the next generation of collectors.

Im still working on this and was gonna post a bunch of pics as soon as i finished, still working on the top floor and always looking for more props.  But i wanted to share now since this is the perfect topic.

So my wife got me this doll house for Valentines day at a Thrift store. We spray painted it black and turned it into my M.C.W Muscle Championship Wrestling Stadium

All this reminds me of my Warhammer years.

When i think about MUSCLES figure i always imagine some sort of greek temple a la Saint Seya.

Are the ring posts actual slim jims? And the floor D&D dungeon tiles?

What do you guys use for rings? Do you make them or is there some WWE toy ring small enough? I know there's one in the MUSCLE belt but I'm really not interested in the belt

So I made this ring with my parents in the early 1980s from a wine box. Glued a square piece of wood, placed 4 wood dowels for posts into the corners. Used a glue gun at the time to make white turnbuckles and hold the hemp rope in places. Added seats(3 rectangular blocks of wood) to the other side of the box. Painted it. Kept my original M.U.S.C.L.E.s inside ever since. The rubber bands replaced the ropes that broke. The Slim Jim wrappers slide over the dowels. Slim Jim use to post my wrestling ring on many of their tweets. Good times as I was the recipient of some yummy swag.
The floor is D&D tiles, but can be switched out. For videos it always evolved. I had a steel cage, no ropes, different ring colors.

Gumball machines are one of my favorite ways to display my Muscle figures! You can fit a 246 set in a standard gumball machine (mine dont have the stand). Originally I wanted them for my Kinkeshi and I even had empty plastic capsules but I was afraid they would eventually melt the plastic.

No such thing happens with the Mattel Muscle figures though :D

I have three 246 figure sets in gumball machines (1 Flesh & 2 Mixed sets). I have 4 more empty gumball machines that am trying to fill with completed sets as well. Definitely saves space!

Slim jims remind me of when WCW used to have Slim Jim logos on the posts
