He said well buy it from there, I said the listing says not shipping to USA.
There are a bunch of proxy services you can use to buy from Yahoo Japan. The easiest is probably Buyee, it usually pops up when you look at YJP. I have used it for years and never had any problems.
Some folks will tell you that it is too expensive. The cheaper alternatives I have seen recommended usually had some complicated system where you had to pre-load money into a sort of escrow account. I didn't want to get into that, so I jest went with Buyee.
