I haven't searched for anything in Japanese relating to that topic, and don't recall seeing it discussed, so I can't say for certain whether or not any comments were made about that.

I believe at this point in time the only exclusives have been released and announced are Ninja, Big the Budo and Kinnikuman Great. I believe both Ramenman and Nemesis are regular releases set for February.

Only 3 exclusives is actually incredible for Bandai and the SH lines, I'm surprised that there have been so many regular releases. Knock on wood, I don't want to jinx it.

For a while in the DBZ line, only the first releases of Goku, Piccolo, and Gohan were regular releases eligible for re-runs. Even the Vegeta's were all exclusive, until the recent updated release.

A significant number of the S.H. Monsterarts figures are exclusives, including Mothra!

I have no real understanding of what they base these decisions on.

Thanks for the quick reply I was just worried that the line wasn't selling as well and I don't want a ton figures sky rocketing in a matter of days after release.
Yeah it does seem it's random with what are and aren't exclusives.

No worries, I don't think it indicates anything in particular. Usual Bandai stuff.

On the bright side, many exclusives see variant re-releases afterwards, and the three so far have high OCE potential.

A friend of mine and I were discussing the proposed Sunshine figure, its scale, price and articulation.

Factors determining the price are whether or not he'll be exclusive, and how large he will be. We're lucky he's almost completely one color, since paint is a huge factor in cost.

Which Sunshine are you guys wanting to see?

Scale is interesting, since as we learned a few pages back from Neptuneman and Buffaloman, the scale of these figures are extremely accurate to their anime depictions.
I apologize, I wasn't able to get too good of scale references, but here's what I found.

 

Tag Tournament Sunshine wasn't shown to be quite the behemoth I think of him as:

 

 

Devil Knights Sunshine appears to have been depicted larger:

 

 

 

 

 

I think it's likely we'll be receiving the Tag form of Sunshine, and I wouldn't expect him to be quite as large as he might initially be thought of in some of our minds. At most, he might be just a hair taller than Budo, which would not be inaccurate at all, and still huge.

It's funny, I prefer the OCE for every character besides Robin Mask and Warsman, the two they are making.

Based on Ramenman's shoulder area, the armor is permanently attached.

 

A translated page also mentioned that Nemesis includes a battle damaged Ramenman head, unless I'm mistaken, and the poster is HOPING he comes with said head.

Ramenman and Nemesis look awesome!! Finally got around to unboxing Budo. Need to make some room and do better displays. Gonna bench some characters so I can make a Muscle Bros Vs Hell Missionaries battle display I think!

I couldn't find any good quality pictures, but if memory serves correctly, the only time he wore the shoulder armor in the anime was as Mongolman during the Dream Chojin Tag Arc along side Buffaloman as the 20 Million Powers. Here's a comparison between the Manga and Anime color schemes:

 

 

I do prefer the manga colors, but I wish they had given him socks. He does appear in this armor during the new arc, so I guess they based it off this as they seem to be focusing on the Perfect Large Number/Origin story now.

Very keen eye about the lack of socks. I hope that's an error.

Ramenman wore this outfit as himself very briefly during the original series. Very briefly, as in, here it is; except for another moment very similar to this.

Huh, for some reason I assumed only Brockenman used the swastika, not Jr. as well. I'm guessing that was an anime decision.

So I based those two photo edits on the CCP Brocken Jr. Colors.

 

I think more often than not, CCP will censor the swastika with an iron cross, as seen in the photo above.

 

The true OCE shirtless Brocken Jr. would have a white swastika with a red background and red wristbands.
 

 

 

Both the Manga and the Anime feature Brocken Jr. with swastikas

 

 

However, the I've seen the Anime censor swastikas with gold eagles on his arms, and a black eagle back tattoo with a bare chest.

 

 

I either don't recall or haven't seen Brocken Jr. with a skull and crossbones chest tattoo in the Manga, but the Anime sometimes features it, and some of the CCP statues feature it.
