Hello, I was visiting my parents' house and found my old collection from when I was a kid.  With the help of the Internet, I was able to catalog each of the 40 M.U.S.C.L.E. figures, all of the same color and hard plastic.

 

Except one.

 

This appears to be of the "Not On Poster" variety, but would like for anyone to confirm and/or advise if they have come across this one before.  Much appreciated in advance.
