It takes me about 5 minutes to draw them, 15 minutes to go over them with the black paint and then 10 minutes to color them. That's about a half hour average per character depending on there complexity of details. But then I have to add the amount of time to find reference material for the full body costume in color.

Yeah I did that terrible Akuma Shogun probably 7 years ago for someone named... Kalandril? Thanks for the terrific compliments and the info on the old MPS guys. Too bad Jason Radnieki isn't here. Patrick Gresham actually disappeared off the face of the earth way back when.
