Someone post about this not too long ago... I think it was mentioned that it should be selling for about half that, but when the whole grading and sealing it the seller clearly felt like charging a lot more lol...
I didn't notice before that it was from Canada.

I think the grading here is important because it lets the buyer know that it isn't repacked and is authentic (as there was some concern in the past about rare figures being put into packagaing).
I actually think $300 is a pretty fair price for this item. I wouldn't have hesitated to buy it for $150.
