Yeah he's the big dude with the sword. Might take a little while to ship. He got a little messed up in the battle.

The seller and I are indeed in the same country -- I'm in Michigan and they're only on the East Coast so plenty of time has passed. I went ahead and got things rolling. I hate having to do things like this. I appreciate the advice, Burty.

Yeah, I'm with Burty on this. I really hate to come off as a forceful jerk and I'll do nearly everything possible to avoid this, but unless there is a family emergency or personal issue, two weeks is unacceptable.
I'm assuming that you warned him of a pending case?

Yeah, I went ahead and did one of those 'requests' on ebay and sent a message along with it. The estimated delivery expired on Friday, July 24 and the seller hasn't bothered to respond to any of my inquires other than once and I'm fairly certain that was an automated message as it was quite generic. I hope the seller hasn't experienced a family emergency or serious personal issue and honestly that's why I've been as patient as I have, but if that's not the case it means the seller is possibly a scammer. Hopefully, the seller has just been busy and forgot or something of that nature and sends me a big fat apology along with the items.

Family/personal issues or not, he should at least send some extra goodies and/or a partial refund, at this point.
