Looking to buy or trade for Tech Deck Dudes and their companion pets called Zoods. Looking mainly for the Halloween-type monsters, creatures, aliens, robots, maybe a couple of the parody figures. Can be reasonably worn with corroded magnets.  Do not want the fingerboads at all.  Thanks.  Lots to trade.

Maybe folks can keep an eye out for me at flea markets and thrift stores?  Usually whole collections turn up in lots for minimal money.

This toyline had quite a run (2000-2009) especially for an indie brand with no TV/movie/video game ties.

Thanks.

I had one variant of the Tiki, but I haven't seen him in ages. I'll let you know if he resurfaces.

Tiki is definitely one of my favorites.  I know of six versions and I only have two so far!

Sorry I still haven't found mine. I'm cleaning my old toys out of my parents' house little-by-little, and I believe he's still there. I believe I have the "crew 2" variant - no arms, no hair, kinda yellow-brown. Do you need that one?

Sure thing.

I'm actually after all of them now, not just the monster, robots, etc!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Hey, Steverotters.

I have that Tiki in hand.

I sent you a message about him a few weeks ago, but I'm not sure you saw it.

And so it goes...

There once was a seller who had a hefty lot of Tech Deck Dudes and fingerboards.

Among his figures was one of the figures for which I have been searching.

Here's the thing:  This figure is MISSING HIS ARM.

I offered him $10 for the BROKEN figure.

Why?  Because I HAVE THE ARM!

He would not break the lot. :(

Time passes and eventually the seller sells the lot for $116.10.

This is waaaaaay more than I could spare even to get the armless dude and re-sell the rest.

SO, I write the seller and kindly request that he give the buyer my message and my contact info.

"Hi there. Will you please drop a message to the buyer of this Tech Deck Dude lot. I am just trying to get ahold of the red demon-looking character who is missing an arm. I hope the buyer did not throw away the damaged figure because I HAVE THE ARM! Just forward this message to the buyer and tell him to contact me.  Please help this Dude get his arm back!"

Alas, the seller would not even do that.

Frowny face. :(

That down vote was an accident, I'm not actually that much of a douche.....  If maybe one of the mods could remove it please?  Thank you!

I've down voted on accident before too... I usually just give a few up votes to some of the members other votes to make up for the mistake lol...

Don't worry we all have fat fingers sometimes!!
