Head and Arms do not move

Turns at Waist

Legs come up into a sitting position

It's a Fisher Price Little People figure, baffled at the deal with the patent number.

Very odd. I thought it was Little People, but that name ETHAN on the feet threw me. Almost like a different toy line.
