These are my two new addition too my lego collection

Wow those are HUGE.

 

A few questions: 

 

1) Are they hollow - like the thick parts of the body & legs do they just build the perimeter, or is it solid LEGO throughout?

 

2) Are they glued in anyway or could you disassemble them if desired? (Not that anyone would want to but just curious).

Funny thing was he listed them on ebay as small lego figures

No and yes no they are not Lego all the way through but still a fair way through until they hit a steel frame inside .

Yes They are glued with industrial cement type glue but they both were posted and arrived broken unfortunately, I may be able to get a picture of inside the chefs head with a bit of time.
