Hi there, I believe this is a Garbage pale kid but it comes from my youth. any help identifying it and appraising would be greatly appreciated.

Very much so. Floaters I think came from the UK and Canada? Not sure if floaters came in the original colors. I could be way wrong though...much more expensive that I do know!
