Talking about unreleased toys I'd love to get my hands on are the Robo Force robots that were never made. As far as I know, none of these guys have seen the light of day.

I've taken the focus of my collecting off of "completeness", it was killing me trying to piece together the several dozen toylines i'd "casually" begun collecting. I'm more about individually interesting pieces right now. The current objects of my affection are the old 14"(?) Kenner Alien figure and the Kraken from Clash of the Titans. Both pretty expensive i think though, so it will be a minute. But i've wanted those things for years. Oh yeah, and D-Compose from Inhumanoids. I sold most of my Inhumanoids collection but i kept Tendril and would still like to get this guy to accompany him on the shelf.

Hmmm, I can't say they elude me from completion, they just elude me. They are: Planet(s) Sand, Water and Reptizar from the War Planets toyline. I remember when I first bought them as a kid they were hard to find even then. Now it seems impossible to get them.

Also it seems that no matter how long I look for it, I can't find a Transformers G1 Longtooth pretender. It was the dumb walrus-style pretender that I always wanted and never got as a kid. Now it seems that I either can't find it for long periods of time (like on ebay), or can only find way too expensive incomplete figures. Just can't seem to find it 100%, or at a reasonable price. Or both. And I've never found it at the twice-annual toy show near here which usually has a ton of TF's.

I kind of know how you feel about the individual figures. I haven't been collecting for completeness lately, as much as I have been collecting for a display. I have ideas for good displays right now, and I am trying to put the pieces together that will make them as close to what I would like them to be.

I lucked out with a D-Compose about 2 years ago, it's hard to find him in good condition. Usually he has broken ribs or limbs, and is almost always missing his hair.

I just scored a butt load of War Planets, but I don't know what any of them are ... What is a good place to find information about these things?

Funny you should mention G1 Longtooth. I had him for over a year but he was still missing the small red gun. Finally one day I was just looking up "Transformers guns" on ebay (their were hundreds of unknown guns) and I found it from some guy in England that didn't even know what the name of the figure it belonged to was. I won the auction and he sends me the wrong one. I end up paying extra shipping just not to piss off the guy in hopes of sending me the correct gun. Even with the extra shipping I think I ended up paying under $20. Which is still cheep.

Since this past year I found 3 different auctions on ebay that actually sold Longtooth's smaller gun with the auction having the proper names. As a Transformers collector, I noticed that the smaller Pretender's smaller guns are always missing and are hard to find. I have amassed a near complete collection of G1 Transformers and aside from needing Fortress Maximus, I have been looking for Pretender Doubleheader's smaller gun for 2 years. Since I've been looking I have managed to find the gun once on ebay and it sold for over $60! I should have bought it though cuz I'm still looking even today and my last resort is buying a complete Doubleheader for over $85.

Ridiculously, embarrassingly easily in the end!

http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=180573303411

My max bid was well in excess of the final price, incidentally. Hey, I'm not complaining.

Mine is 728/1000. Oh, and it's hard plastic painted silver rather than being metal, which is a bit sucky, but again, I can't really complain.

TMNT Metal Mutants-the whole line. I can't pay eBay's embarassing prices. And I hate to auction--only for the last resort.

How could I have missed this ? It's the first time I see an Ultimoja other than the regular add from the official site and inserts. Sad it is just silver paint instead of full metal but still a great item.

Could you plase post pic of the # just to check if it was the same than used on FoP ?

Bit odd & an old collection from when I was a kid, but...

Glo-Friends : the dragon flyer & Shuttlebug, as well as 3 animal riders, the frog, mouse & duck.
man, I've wanted the dragonflyer & Shuttlebug ever since I first saw pics on the net, like 10 years ago now.

Also, there were Other rip-off series I collect too, go by a few names,

Soma Glo Kids/Glo Pets/Rainbow Love Pets - I have all of them except the friggin merman dude.
Been chasing him for about 5 years now. REALLY want this dude!

Samurai Pizza Cats - need the big cheese in the mini Keshi line, & most of the bigger PVC poseables.

Don't get me started on m.i.m.p!

Godzilla Keshi - missing quite a few of these, not even sure how many we're made... :wallbash:

And, most recently, Neclos Fortress - have about 50, so like only a couple hundred to go!
