But what about the CCG moulds, can you get scans of those?

I took some close up shots of them, but the coloring makes it really hard to get good detail on them. I tried with front lighting, back lighting, lights just about everywhere, and those were the best I could do. Sorry.

The packaging of the CCG packs that I saw in the store all had Terry Kenyon on it, but I noticed on the back of the package that there were also Kid Muscle and King Muscle card packs. Has anybody seen them, or is Terry the only one released so far?

...got 6 packs of the cards this morning!!!
would have gotten more but I have to buy in small lots
to avoid the wrath of my wife.

Anyhow, I got all red figures, no dupes (YAY!!!).
hmmmm...no blues

Kinda wish I had purchased more packs now.

BTW, there were no 1.5's left on the shelf today.
Short stocked item or sold out? What do you think?

Hey All!!! Miss me? Wow, I have like a million posts to catch up on, most likely I will not be able to so fill me in on anything important. WHile I was home on vacation I was able to find the new MUSCLES at Walmart. I wanted to post my thoughts about them.

I have to be honest, I am somewhat dissapointed with them. Maybe I am just partial to the originals, but these do not seem to be nearly as cool as the first series. For starters they are made in China? Why not japan? Just struck me as wierd. They are firm plastic instead of rubbery. Also I felt the poses are not that great, with the original muscles you could battle for hours, with the new ones it just seems like they can not fight as well due to the molds. There are only a couple that I feel are even decent. So for those who have not been able to get some yet, I do not think you are missing out on anything special.

Welcome back Doc!
So you finally found 'em. I think I may have been a bit disapointed when I first opened my first 15 pack too. Keep in mind, however, that these are brand new toys and not the
MUSCLE's that have been established in our minds. Think back to when you bought your first 4 pack. You didn't have any expectations then. You just saw them as cool toys. I did notice that the poses are more limiting as far as play is concerned, but I don't play as much as I did when the first toys came out. Maybe you all can still play the same way you did when you were kids. In fact that's one of the sad things about being a "grown-up". Now I can pretty much buy any toy I want (and I do), but it's just not the same.

I'm buying them now, but I hope they don't make too many. Even though they're kind of cool, I could've spent that $20 on REAL muscles.

I just came back from Walmart and got 2 6.5 figures Kevin Mask, and Jeager and 2 packs of 1.5" figures. The 1.5" figures I got a series 2 and a series 4. I got doubles already.

I got kid muscle taking his old man out in the series two pack visiable and kid taking the old man out hidden in the series four pack.

Perhaps it won't be so easy for us to all get a complete set of 60 figures after all.

anybody have any idea if the hidden figures are random or is there a set layout?
