Dragonball and mostly Kamen Rider (i think). These kind of glow in the dark, but not too well. Remind me of stuff I used to see come up from Mexico in the 1990s during the big import of KO Japanese toys. Anyone know if these are official or no?

are they hollow vinyl? the sculpts look real. gashapon vinyl finger puppets. but i have never seen glow.

The Rider ones seem to have entirely random color choices that have nothing to do with the real characters, making me lean towards the glow ones (and by extension probably the DB ones) being KOs. The two normal Riders, Blade and Garren, look legit.
