There has been some serious discussion recently on the board about making custom orbs and the idea hit me out of the blue a couple days ago about introducing a new Radioactive element...

I'm thinking it would be cool to have "all inclusive", that it not just be limited to mutant figures, but actually have it availible as a different, new type of elemetal power.

Opinions?

When discussing the possibility of a radioactive element being introduced, Marty also suggested the biohazard symbol.

I think these have some real potential, but I don't wanna get out of hand...

the biohazard symbol would rock for the bb/lb's that are poisonous, or desease infected.

cool idea guys!

This is a good idea. But who wins between Biohazard and Radioactive ?
And you should find a third symbol to make it work as fire/water/wood.
B)

(and why not using these only for customs ?)

This one is not a "radioactive" one, but could be used as the third one :

Maybe a recycling symbol? B)
(don't know how it looks in the US, the symbol down there is the german one)

That would balance the whole nuclear/poison thing...

@Yom: Thats it! Hehehe, took me too long to find it. :D

Do you have any idea what any of those symbols mean? It seems like I recognize some of them, but I'm not sure.

I like the biohazard and radioactive symbols so far. The recycling one seems a bit out of place though. I can see radioactive beating biohazard, but I just don't see recycling beating radioactive, even though I can see biohazard beating recycling.

This is a good idea though, I may try to do a custom orb with one. I am close to getting one that resembles a regular orb, but need more time in the day to finish up! The problem I have run into is that the transparency is too light, so it's hard to see the element. I'm interested to know if anyone has mastered the making of custom orbs yet?

Just a question.

How do you make the orbs anyways? Do you just use a stick or rub on or something and possibly a small sized marble?

Ya thanks Marc,

I was hoping to have some black and whites pictures to show Reprolabels for the proposed underlay for the new elemental rub-signs we are hoping that they can make.

It would be nice if we can spread the cost out with atleast 5 people to commit to the project.

Of course the more the merrier and the cheaper the project will be because of the design change fee(s) for the inital order.

If you don't want in on the ground floor of this project Reprolabels does retain the right to sell any product that they make or are commisioned for so if you don't want in on this initial order, without any price increases and or mailing fees, each rub sign will cost a person 37.5 cents per rub sign with their current price of $6.00 US for 16 rubs signs.

I am basing the price structure off of one of Reprolabels current product which is the Mini-autobot and Decepticon working rub-symbols which are 1/4 the size of the regular Autobot and Decepticon rub-signs which happen to be the same size of a Battlebeast rub-sign.

Sorry to hijack this thread but it is sort of relavent. Thanks!! :p
