I think its called gangster the trading card said so any way it was magic/henger in the original game which it only apeared in though they is no toys of magic in r henger made I believe

Yeah lol he is an Argentinian Monster rancher toy. I just discovered them today lol I have no idea who he is but he is a Jack's monster rancher toy
