Weird bird thing

It is an Archaeopteryx from the Imaginext Dinosaur Mountain playset. The guys on Facebook solved it for me.

Got this weird bird in a lot with some 2006 MIMP. Any idea what it is? He has a hole on his base and kind of looks like Moltres from Pokemon.

It looks very similar to a sinornithosaurus to me.  So maybe a dinosaur toy line?

Might be a Microraptor from a dinosaur playset or another type of feathered dino.

 

Or maybe a pencil topper?
