Was browsing Mandarake for entirely off-topic reasons, looking for items to fill out a possible order, when I happened upon some familiar fellows.

Probably too expensive for... I dunno, nearly anyone interested, but quite neat finds I wasn't expecting to run into on the site today.

We did in the old days, with Naochin's website. Problem is that's been shut down for some time now and no one's stepped up to fill in that knowledge gap. Maybe that one issue of REX would do the trick, but many of us don't own that either and I'm not aware of any scans. Might not have a complete checklist in it anyway.

Awesome! Do you have #01 and #02 to custom cast?

I wish! Those are 2 of the most popular ones, and pull crazy money. Ive seen them both sell a couple times from $2500-$4000. Mammothman especially, he always sells, no matter the price.

 

I just have 04, 06, 11, 12.

Ah man that's crazy! Also a shame that they aren't more easily acquirable as they are such awesome sculpts. Maybe you'll pick them up cheap somehow one day

On each SR card there seems to be some symbols, one of which appears to be a red pair of lips; the other a boys face. Do these represent a scale of rarity or something like that?

I can't read japanese!ha! Not sure but it could be. Some of those SR's are more rarer than others. I beleive those characters are mascots from the COMP REX keshi books.
