These two were part of a box of figs I picked up recently on the cheap. The one on the left has "Tonka" marked under his clothes although I couldn't find him online. The other guy is largely unlabeled as far as I can see.

Any guesses, let me know. Thanks!

The invisible man and his invisible dog?

Wow, I'm special. Probably ought to include those photos to aid in identification, hmm? I'll put those up tonight, the school I work at has blocked photobucket so I can't access it from here (they also blocked google last week. I found that helpful too).

The Tonka guy is actually a Spiral Zone action figure. Specifically, Duchess Dire. That thing is supposed to be a... woman? Ugh.

No clue on the other guy yet. Could just be a generic.

Holy CRap!! Dude! There should be some markings on that shirtless dude! I have been trying to find another one of those guys ever since I was a kid! I have a blue Robot Ninja guy with the same lower body and the same Rubber wristbands. The band mark on his leg is supposed to have a rubber knife/gun holder wrapped around it. He has a button on his back for moving his arms. I could never figure out what he was, and still have been trying to figure it out to this day. :unknw:

Well I took another closer look at him, and on his waist there are indeed markings I must have missed. It says "1985 SELECT", and his foot says made in Korea, which is less helpful. Indeed his arm does move with a lever on his back, much like a Thundercats figure.

Yep, I'll try to dig my fig out and take a pic of him soon. I used to play with him with my Thundercats, he was my mechanized Mumm-Ra-minator. I'd have someone melt his mumm's face off to expose his true robot form.

These gumball figures that I'm so fond of also say SELECT © 1984 on their backs. I guess I'd assume they were made by the same company...

O.K. Finally ran into my MumRa Bot dude! :) He's always been one of my favorites. :help: He's in pretty dire shape now though. Some plastic discoloring, his arm action doesn't work either. I'm surprised I didn't rip off his rubber bands years ago!.

:help: I know right!? It's like instead of a biker club the terminator appeared outside a Japanese Ninja headquarters! :)
