You got it right, they are from MASK toyline, Calhoun Burns and Hondo MacLean
Judging from their colors, probably they are some variations from Europe

Yep, those are the European exclusive adventure packs, The Calhoun Burns is Arctic Asault, Hondo MacLean is Sea Attack he goes with that orange sled, and that hang glider goes with Jaques laFleur's Glider Strike!
