I like Bowser and all, but I MIMP is one of my primary collecting focuses. Thus, Great Beast got my vote.

 

I imagine this will be a tough one for Behemoth...

The Great Beast has always seemed so... I don't know, "Flat" to me. There are MIMP sculpts I like a lot more than him.

AHHH!!! Making me choose between these two is like choosing between children. I had to choose Bowser based on self interest, but it was so hard.

I've always noticed the "flatness" of the Great Beast too, but I still love the figure. 

 

Plus, to me, unpainted and rubbery generally makes for a cooler figure. Especially when the figure is a monster. 

 

I will say that's a great Bowser toy though, as Bowser toys go.

I actually just got my first Great Beast in the mail today. I'd already voted for him based on the mono rubber aspects, but for sure you could skip him across a pond quite nicely ;)

So, let's see now...

 

Seven heads?  Check.

 

Ten horns?  No.

 

Ten crowns?  No.

Body like a leopard?  No.

 

Feet like a bear?  No.

 

Mouth like a lion?  No.

 

Big mortal wound on one of the heads?  Actually, yes.  He has a big dimple just underneath one of them.
