Unidentified Lizard Keshi made of soft plastic. Lizard appears to be a chameleon. No trademarks. They appear to be Japanese keshi. Any ideas?

The sculpt reminds me a lot of some other long-unidentified dinos that were later determined to be German. I recall there was a reddish-pink stegosaurus.. let me see if I can find that old thread, because I'm pretty sure this guy's from the same line.
