The guy on the right appears to be from a 1983 fantasy/space playset from Marty Toy called "Warriors of the Galaxy." You can see a bunch of photos here:

It's also possible that it's a bootleg of one of those figures. I don't own any of the actual Marty Toy figures so I'm not sure whether those were marked.

Actually, the figure on the right is knockoff of a Marty toy figure. The color and wings on the helm give it away. The originals of that particular figure are all gray and have horns on the helm. The knockoffs are a lot more common than the originals. I've seen the knockoffs in packages by Ja Ru, Agglo, Gordy, Redbox and some unnamed mexican company. I never noticed that he looks like he is on stage, but your right.
