I saw rumors online of Lego Dimensions being at 99 cent stores. Went to see for myself. Hit a few stores and scored!

You and fisheye are both right. It is an amazing deal! Apparently there are a few more sets out there I didnt see.
Funny thing is, just like disney infinity, I dont play the video game!

No need! The figures themselves are a lot of fun. This all looks like wave 1 stuff, but I hope the Adventure Time packs pop up. (Unlikely.)

Made the rounds today and these things are at almost every 99 cent store here in the valley!  I hit 6 different stores, 5 of which had them.  Each store had a few common figures and then an array of unique ones.  I saw at least 15 different figures scattered across all the stores.

 

I did notice someone else was making the rounds and buying them up at different stores today too.  

 

Maybe its one of you? Any of you guys drives a vintage olive green car with MINIF in the license plate?

Went on the hunt yesterday again and found even more!! Finally found Jurassic World!!



Now all I need is Scooby doo and ill have most of what is out there.

Yes, Burbank to be exact. You found a few I did not see today!  You in the LA area? I am gonna go back out tomorrow after work and try a few more. I did not see any team packs anyplace today, and also did not see the cool 71215 or 71216 Ninjago ones.

 

So based on what I found and what you have posted there are at least 20 different ones available to the patient hunter.

Yea I am I'm in Glendora a suburb east of LA not too far from you. My wife has family in Glendale even closer to you.

I found all those ninjago packs yesterday. One store had boxes of those two packs of ninjas. It also had only one of the blue ninja. The samurai ninja, Nya, was found at a different store.

Also according to another online source around 24 packs are out. Not included apparently are the DC characters, Doc Brown, midway classics and a few others. That could change in the future.

Another side note, these packs arent mixed in boxes. They come in a small box with a few of the same pack in the box. The box is labeled on the side with the name of the pack.

I can't believe how good this deal is, but even more unbelievable is that there are any left. If it was here, the shelves would have been cleared in a morning.

I did pick up one Unikitty, but it was the only one I have seen and I have been to 8 different stores, some multiple times. I might peruse the local shops again tomorrow and see whats out there.  I went out a few days ago and hit one store again, but it had been restocked entirely with Golum and nothing else. 

 

I still have not found any team sets.

I am super jealous of you US folks. I haven't seen a single Dimensions set in any budget/clearance stores over here.

Ive only seen each of the team packs once. Level packs ive seen a few times. But were gone within a day or two

Ive only seen one pack of Ninjago Jay. Havent seen him since.

Checked in the closest store again tonight.  It was once again fully restocked, but only with Gollum, Gimli, and Cragger.  Insane how many of these sets have been dumped into the world in the past month. How long can it last?

First off, I'm NOT looking to sell anything I have. But I've traded here a while back and may be willing to TRADE for anything I don't have.

 

I'm looking for new, sealed sets or sets that are complete WITH the box and instructions, etc. I'm also interested in a Supergirl or Green Arrow.

 

I'm getting the starter kit for the xbox 360 in the mail so I'm kind of maybe trying to see how far I can go getting at least one complete set to play with and one to collect.

 

I've of course traded here before and will take any pictures you need and package everything in a no BS way...

 

 

I hope this post shouldn't be in a "trade" or "lego" thread but this seems like the best place to post for the moment...
