I picked this up in a bag full of random toys at a garage sale; best I can tell it's a Zybot. It's about 2 1/2 inches told when standing. Anybody have more information on this little guy?

 

Info on the back says:

Made in Hong Kong

Looks like a knockoff of those transformer watches from back in the 80's.
