I have paid a lot for larger figures, but what is the highest you have paid for a single unarticulated Monofigure?

I paid $40 for an Ideal Justice League Keyman, as it was the only time that character had ever been made in plastic.

I think I paid $350 for a Pink MIMP Cyclops right at the beginning of Fireball's MIMP sales run.

I paid $225 for my Motu Man-E-Faces.

Say what? Ouch! I didn't realize they were that pricey.

I think the most I paid for a mini was my p91-3 Robin Mask Unicorn. He was a little over $100. Like $120 I think.

I've spent a bit more than that on Romandoh figures though.

Probably the premium MIMP werewolves i got off eric nilla a long time ago. He charged me less then half of what other people were asking for them but i don't collect the rare stuff so that was more then i usually pay for anything.

I don't think I've gone above $40 for a mono minifig either. The Spinshine w/ armor was $40 I think, but that was two pieces. I traded about $40 in figures for my Elephunt because I liked the color so much.

I bid around $150 shipped on jmckinnon's light blue Iwao on ebay earlier this year, but didn't win. My paypal was loaded at the time from selling stuff just to bid on it. I wouldn't be able to pay anywhere near that now.

I bid $300 on a purple 15 Sunshine and didn't win. The most I've ever paid for a single figure was $40 on A SC 236 muscle. It was the last figure I needed for my first flesh set. Wouldn't do that again.

Paid $200 for a 91-3 satan cross a few years ago without a back to it, from a local collector who is a friend of mine. Sold it for $200 to a board member earlier this year.....

I always try and hunt for a deal, but sometimes even I have to pay top whack for my figures. That being said, my two most expensive purchases were $175 for a 1/1 Armorvor prototype and $66 for a series 3 MIMP. Nothing majorly excessive really. There's some debate as to whether or not an Armorvor is a mini figure though. I say it is, but just an articulated one :)

P.S. I need to get my hands on a Keshi Announcer like the one in Eric's above post, for my Announcer collection.

I wouldn't count the Armorvor for the purposes of this thread, the articulation limit is a single POA, in the case of Spinning Head Ashuraman, and any other multi part Figures.

Not trying to be an ass, but a cutoff has to be drawn somewhere, or sooner or later we're talking Hot Toys, etc.

Painted figures count, and multi part figures count, as long as they're not articulated.

As for the announcer, jkaris gave me mine years ago. I was still in college. I didn't even ask for him, it was my first freebie.

I take it you're not counting Battle Beasts then as they have two points of articulation.
