I'm in Columbus, and so far, no dice. I am curious as to which regions these will show up in first.

There is a seller from NY selling these on Ebay. I'm in California and going to check the store today.

I work late tonight, but I plan on stopping back in by this weekend.
Does anybody know how the humans fit into the assortment? I haven't seen any of the promo 3 packs or anything have them in display.
I think they are as cool as the damned zombies... Crocodile Dundee, Rambo, etc.

Yeah I noticed that too. I figure the must be part of the blind packs, either the 12 or single packs. I might try hitting Toys R us in the next day or two to confirm. I hope they are not the chaser figures the guy was talking about in the video.

True, but with someone selling them already I figured worth a try...I figured sometimes they release them before that date

Well I imagine you will be getting them around the time we get ours in Chicago. Though, I think you might be giving the employees too much credit by asking them. I have a felling that, at the store level, they really don't know what they are getting until they get them in hand.

Even when they get them in hand, most store employees still have no clue what they have in or not

Well, I talked to a guy that had a Sapphire system in had, meaning he was able to see what they had in inventory as well as an idea as to what may be coming on the next truck. He did say, that what was 'on deck' was mainly speculative.
As soon as I see them on shelve, I'll post up on here.

These are awesome! I love the cartoony details. And I really like how they include both zombies and survivors. If I ever see these in the store, I'll definitely pick them up.

Yeah, I'm really excited about these too - can't wait to get some, although from experience I know that here in central Tex-ass we typically get products MONTHS after the rest of the country :(

O.K., so I picked up a few of these off ebay. These figures are sweet! The sculpts are highly detailed and funny. What I like most is the material. It's very flexible/ rubbery :) Looks like series 1 release is a set of 16, and the release date I believe is March 28th. I'll take some comparison photos a little later.

Also, once these are released at TrU hopefully someone will be able to ship me some coffin packs. The closest TrU is 140+ miles away from my home.

So I spoke with a friend at my local TRU today (who's actually a collector as well so he is not completely toy illiterate like most of their employees) and he said these are expected in first week in March and they will be (at least in my store) on the small 4 sided islands in front of the cash registers (with baseball cards, redakai, CCGs, etc). They will take the place of the GoGos/Crazy Bones which are currently being clearenced out. So hopefully we will not have to wait too much longer!

These guys are awesome. It's the little details that count and for me making the zombies green and the humans pink is so simple but so smart. I want to get as many of these as I can. And now I also want to go get an old green Monster in my Pocket Zombie just to add to the zombie ranks a little bit more!

It sounds like they are not just replacing the crazy bones, but also fortifying the trash pack by putting them in a similar area. It's just a shame that the licensed toy lines take up so much of the shelf space, that we can't see these in the regular aisles.

But, I digress.
