Cthulhu, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, The Crow, David (The Lost Boys), Creature from the Black Lagoon, Frankenstein, Pinhead (Hellraiser), Shaun, Ed (Shaun of the Dead), Werewolf (American Werewolf in London), Alfred Hitchcock, Nosferatu, The Fly, and a Gremlin!

Coming in November.

My first thought was way to not take advantage of the Halloween leadup.

Then I thought, oh yeah, it's Funko they don't need any help from holidays.

They make their own holidays -- literally.

Here is Series 1 for comparison.

A bit of an improvement -- less "human" characters make it better to me.

I only like Cthulhu (and his GID variant which probably will have a 1/144 box odds), the gremlin, the monster, the creature, and the Fly Guy.  You might think I would like the werewolf, but it just looks like a rando wolf or some rabid dog.

Also, I am surprised the Universal Monsters are making it in here.

They seem deserving of their own set and usually don't mingle with other properties anyway.

Aren't they blind-boxed? I suppose one could always buy opened figures on ebay (for a steep markup).

I am liking the Cthulu figure, and perhaps the Gremlin. The Funko mystery minis are always a bit of a mixed bag for me. I don't really have any interest in collecting the line, but everyone couple sets or so, there will be a couple fun individual figures that I want to pick up. I have a lot of the Godzilla bandai SD figures that are the same size as the mystery minis, and the Cthulu will display really nicely alongside the Godzillas

I'm in for a Gillman and Cthulhu mostly. I wouldn't be sad if I got the werewolf, Pinhead, or Stripe though.

In a worst case scenario, I also wouldn't find The Fly, Nosferatu, and Kiefer Sutherland.

I'm not worried about the rest at all.

If I ever see these in Canada, (I JUST saw the original Sci-Fi minis two weeks ago), I'll be down for a trade! I don't like GITD, so I'd gladly trade off a GITD Cthulhu if I ever happen across one.

Ia ia Cthulhu!

Guess I'll be paying the open box mark-up as not worried about any of the others in the series...

Hot Topic is selling the NYCC Patina Cthulhu Pop figure now. Saw a bunch of them in a HT store today. Didn't buy it yet and I'm not sure I will, but it looks cool.
