Toys #3 have to be part of the Mad Ball series, though i am unaware they ever made bodies for them. It's worth looking up.
Toys #8 are not Converters, but I think they were sold through JC Pennys and some other stores like K-Mart and Shopko (not shure how they were sold overseas) and these molds have been used a few times under many names.

Toy #3's I had as a kid as well, they where jobber toys. They came in a pack with a 3 headed dragon, i think a knight also, and other various stuff. It was a big box of different fantasy toys. That is all I recognize.

I had a toy much like the insecticon rip-offs I see pictured here. It was a mosquito, not sure if they are from the same line. And yes, those Sheriff Solar figures were from a short-lived 'wild-west-in-space' cartoon...at least I think so. Bravestarr, or something like that. I don't really remember.
