Has anyone ever bought figures from the musclefigures.com site? I bought 8 figures including 2 class A's over a month ago (Feb 21, 2018) and they have never arrived. They are based out of the U.K. and I am in North America so with snail mail I realize it could take awhile but I have purchased lots from all over the world (including the U.K.) and had them delivered in just a couple of weeks with no expedited shipping (there was no tracking on this package either). I paid with paypal so I have some recourse but I was wondering if anyone else had problems with them?

They have an inventory on their site and the figures were pulled out of their listing so I am really inclined to believe they were sent. At the same time, I am going to file a grievance with paypal if they don't arrive. I contacted the seller and he said he had no means of tracking or investigating through his postal system - which is odd because in Canada we have that technology even without a tracking number.

Has anyone ordered from the U.K. and had their package take more than a month? I think I have waited a reasonable about of time. I hope that by venting a little here it will suddenly show up because that's how these things work.

I’m based in the U.K. and have been sending packages to the USA and Canada, as well as receiving them from those countries, for quite a few years now. At best UK to USA takes 5-7 days, at the most for me was 14 days, so a month is really going it. I’d be concerned the package was lost by that point. I think there might be a very cheap shipping option where by packages can take 2-3 weeks, but I’ve never used that. I will also add that unless tracking is specified and paid for, it is not included by defaults, so once the package is shipped I don’t believe it can be traced using the standard shipping options.

I once had a package I sent to Australia from Canada go missing and we were able to launch an investigation and track it down. I had hoped some kind of receipt system would be in play but I don't think it is.

A real pity about this one, I thought it was a decent price considering the ridiculous prices on eBay. But I think something has gone wrong here. If it shows up I'll make a post and clear their names, lol.

In all fairness, it’s not the sellers fault that somethings goes missing. Also, shipping from UK to USA/Canada with tracking is very expensive and the seller would not updgarde standard shipping to include tracking without you paying the extra. Was this option not discussed or offered?

I have bought numnerous figures from Loz from musclefigures.com and I can vouch that he is a top bloke. Always replies to emails and I've always received my figures from him. I am based in the U.K. So shipping isn't normally an issue but just vouching for him not being dodgy. His site has been up for a number of years.

Musclefigures.com have not responded to any emails since I initiated a complaint so read into that what you will - I know paypal sent correspondence as well. As of today, it still hasn't arrived.

On a side note, I have another figure from the U.K. that is very late. This one was bought via eBay. It's only about 10 days late so I won't name and shame quite yet but I don't think I will go through U.K. sellers in the future. Pity that, this one was a light blue claw I didn't have.

No, tracking was not offered. A couple weeks ago when I first began wondering where they were he said that he also mailed a package to Italy and showed me a mail receipt. I noticed that he may have left out some info about my address that I definitely gave him and there is a chance my figures are sitting in Italy somewhere. I suppose after awhile they would be returned to sender.

The missing m.u.s.c.l.e. figures I ordered from musclefigures.com arrived - albeit unbelievably late - but in their entirety. I informed paypal and ended the ticket I opened over this. I would highly recommend asking for tracking if you order from the U.K. even if it costs a few bucks more. I was not pleased that the site did not answer my emails when I decided to press matters but c'est la vie. Very happy to have a couple new Class A figures.

You should have more patience before initiating a complaint.   It makes sense he wouldn't feel like talking to you after taking that step.  International deliveries can get badly stalled some times.

If a seller knows it's going to take 2 months for delivery, he had better offer a heads-up. If not, expect complaints. There is a reason money is involved.
