Do all of the figures come with an accessory? In the picture checklists some have accessories while others do not..can anyone shed some light on this for me!! thanks!

No, not all figures come with an accessory, there are 15 in the set that do not.

Any figure with a hole in his hand has a weapon, the others don't.
