Is this the same guy who had one a couple years ago? Have any popped up recently? What's the going rate? I remember one going for ~$500. I'd like to complete my Sunshine arch collection, but that is way out of my budget.

The sunshine class A are always out of budget.  pretty much-forget about getting one unless you have a hundred or two to spend on it.

I sold one of my 15p's last year in a 25 piece all Class A lot. After doing the math- it was about 45 a figure. So some lucky unnamed board member got one of my 15p's for about $45

AND- if you call attention to lists- slims down your chances of getting it cheaper.......Mwahha ha haaaa

I messaged him and he said he was the guy who sold a purple arch a few years ago. Makes me wonder if there is a big stash of Class A figures just hanging out somewhere in Canada.

That's where they all are! The figures considered class A, are from Canadian released muscles.

Probably. All the class A listed on eBay, that I have ever gotten from random lots popping up, have all came from Canada.

I haven't came across any ebay lists from the states or England that have class A, except board members living stateside or England. Just my experience.

Somewhere between $40-60 would be my guess. Unless it is a Big Boy, then I'd add $20 to each end.

something wasn't fishy.  That purple 15 alone has went for upwards of 500 before.  200 for that plus the mimp is a solid deal in my opinion

Ok ... I was just saying since JB83 was saying he bid $200. Not saying anything was actually amiss.

Nah, wasn't me. You can look at the bid history. I'm the one with 731 feedback. You can see where my bid of $200 was the winner's max auto bid.

Yeah, I was the second $200 bid. My bid bumped up the other person's automatic bid, which was $200. So I could have probably snagged for $201, but I wasn't willing to go that high.

I've collected MUSCLES since I was a kid in Michigan and for sure opened Class A figures from 4 packs that I bought in Michigan.  MUSCLE made kind of a comeback at my elementary school in 1993 when I was in 5th grade.  I remember that we were buying MUSCLES from Meijer and that all of the CLASS A figures I bought came from buying figures at this time from that store.  So, As were for sure opened in the USA in Michigan.

Also, that Purple Arch lot looked shady as hell-which is why I didn't bid on it.  The guy clearly knows that it is valuable but puts it into a lot with a bunch of random stuff, junk MUSCLE, and an expensive series 3 MIMP?  I would not expect this figure to ever arrive.  I expect the low price might have something to do with more serious collectors not wanting to get involved with a potentially scam situation.  So, for whoever bought it if it shows up they got a really nice but risky deal! LOL.

I think this is legit. This guy has sold a purple arch before and people brought up the same questions.

Also, he accidentally sent me a message saying the items have been sent, so it looks like it will arrive for someone in Toronto. lol

Hey Tarmogoyf- sometimes I want to cry when I look at pictures of my old class A's. Haha......
