Watto Candy Lid?

I thought maybe it was an M&M lid too, but I found a huge clue. The bottom part of the black base is magnetic!
Turns out it is a Star Wars Magnetic Watto food promo. It came with a base that has an appoint magnet so Watto could "fly".

This is obviously Watto, but what is he mounted on? This is from my childhood, probably a 90s something or other. Is it a candy tube lid or something? I have no idea what he's from and Google searches of Watto reveal no answers.

Could be from a smarties or m&m tube lid some came with figures on them.

I'm glad I figured it out, it was driving me insane! Luckily I was pacing the kitchen when I decided to get something from the fridge and Watto was stuck right to the fridge! My cute little daughter had put him there and helped solve the mystery!
