Galaxy Warriors/demon/minotaur/puma man pencil toppers mini figures?

I first started seeing these guys in the early 80s, being doled out as carnival prizes.  Does anyone have any info on them?  I've heard them called "mini Galaxy Warriors" and "Muscle Animal Warriors", among other things.

I believe this is a complete set.  (?)

That is all that I have ever heard them called.

And, those are the only sculpts that I have ever seen, albeit in a myriad of different colors.
