I know there are a few uncommon figures in this lot but i cant belive the price its at already, is there anything i am missing? (neon yellow and neon green tengu, magenta jabberwock) i can only think its the neon yellow tengu as i have only ever seen him on ebay a few times, if anyones bidding for the magenta jabberwock i have a spare one at the moment. I really need this figure so will have to just go for it i suppose, if anyone needs any of the other rarer figures in this lot apart from the neon yellow tengu maybe we could sort something out?

Also i have just recieved a spare neon yellow harpy and neon purple manticore if anyone needs either of those!

opps heres the link http://cgi.ebay.co.u...67#ht_500wt_981

Holy crap, is that a GAMERA KESHI?! If someone here wins this, I want that if it's really him!

EDIT: The brown figure in the top row.

Awww, I think you're right. It's so strange though, because at that angle and just fuzzy enough, it really looks like the Heisei Gamera in a characteristic hunched-over pose.

BEB is bad eggz bunch and is a line of figures similar to mimp (monsters in my pocket). they are quite rare and go for high prices, but as far as i know they have nothing to do mimp, other than when auctioned on ebay they are mistakenly and purposely labelled under mimp. some people genuinely don't know what they have, but others just want there auction to reach a wider audience and will title them things like 'bad eggz bunch like monster in my pocket'.

more info here.

Its the same as me, I know for a fact I had Egg Gripper in Yellow but I can't find all the MIMP, Boglins and other LRG's I had in my mum's loft...its ridiculous as I know she wouldn't of thrown them...after clearing out the first part of the loft I found two Medievil Boglins, Ancient Gorgon from MIMP series 2 and Imp from Series 4...and nothing else...FRUSTRATION!!!!

"I really need this figure so will have to just go for it i suppose"

So you make a thread highlighting the crazy price but then continue
to actually make it crazier? Is that correct?

Two people were in a bidding war, I can only guess that common sense
went out the window and keyboard number punching commenced.

I never actually bid on that auction, I usually wait right till the end but it was far to much for the one figure I needed, unfortunately it does seem like when the rarer ones do come along they will go for crazy money, that just seems the way things are, and If I have the funds and need it that bad I don't see why I shouldn't be in with a chance!
I suppose one good thing about these prices it that people in your position who have most the rarer figures can value there collection a heck of alot
Ore than it was a few years ago!

I agree with Snaggletooth: how dare you spend your own money as you see fit ;).

I guess figure recognition come with time.

If figure recognition comes with time, then your time has come. Good eyes!
That first lot doesn't contain any BEB, but it does contain another "NOTster": that blue sea-serpent figure is a Diener eraser.
That second lot does, in fact, contain 2 BEB. It's a bit hard to recognize them from that angle, though (much less in a minimized mediocre photo of a mixed lot).
