Looks that way. Notice the copyright on the baby's back includes O.A.A. - that's Original Appalachian Artworks.

 

Also found a seller on etsy that was offering multiple figures of the same sculpt (I think, pic's blurry as hell but there might be a second) in different colors.

Found this lil rubber guy when I was digging through some old toys looking for MUSCLEs.  GPK?  Can anyone tell me what I got here?  Thanks.

Mine must be an "eraser." And they made crayons of the same design too. Interesting. Thanks guys. I couldn't find anything online about it. Even searching "cabbage patch eraser" the only ones I can find are that etsy member's. I actually kinda like it.
