The line is called Carzillas, and here is a pic of the set this little guy comes from. I was trying to sell the set of figures awhile back...maybe it was me you saw?
edit: that isn't the set the yellow guy comes from, I saved the wrong pic! The line is called carzillas though.

Some guy was trying to sell this recently on a facebook group!
He comes trapped inside the tires of a vehicle. The name is escaping me now, but that might help you look. (Someone here will hopefully know the name!)

No it wasn't me. I only had a set of 3 figures I was trying to sell or trade. Never had any of the trucks!
