The gargoyle is from the Monster High -- High School playset. Also has a book that he holds made of the same material.
The orange-brown guy at the bottom is a Freaky Geek -- vending toy. His name is Stinky.

I'd take the garg if it is up for trade.
Here is what they look like in the set. Each set came with two gargs, plus their books.

That Mammoth looking guy is from some line that I can't remember the name of. Froze something... something to do with Dinosaurs. I remember Ironmask I think talking about them in a previous thread. I think the towline is from Europe if I remember correctly. Not here in the states. Sorry I can't be more specific... Im hoping it jogs someone's memory lol...

Dinofroz
At first I thought you had some color variant, but I think your photo just has an odd tint for some reason.

That makes sense as I got it from Canada on a trade (who doesn't want a multi tusked elephant with 2 trunks).
I'd take the garg if it is up for trade.

I got both of them, no books though. They were from a really old guy at a swap meet, they were the only figures he had. Kind of makes it super creepy knowing they are monster high.

The jointed blue guy is from Manta Force.
I almost said Legions of Power as they're VERY similar.

Dinofroz in the wild? Colour me jelly, bro!
I have a small handful of the figures and they're honestly pretty great.

I can get more, the guy I am trading with is from Ontario and seems to be a magnet for some awesome stuff! He has 3 or 4 more if I remember. I'd give you my source, but he has a few gems right now and I really really want them for myself

Where the heck is he from!? I'm in Ontario! He could practically be my neighbour! (Half-joking. Northern Ontario is like a barren wasteland in terms of population.)

Dinofroz don't do the hybrid thing, they just like to add extra parts to ancient animals and call it a day. It's a different type of awesome.
That being said, those Aqua Attack Predasaurs are somethin' sexy, man.
