What kind of tarantula? I had a rose hair for years. The first time it molted I thought it was dead and almost tossed it out. I know there are some crazy expensive and beautiful tarantulas out there. Do you ever hold it?

The one in the Glass is a RoseHair.  Female, 6 years old- I've had her for 5 years.  I've held her a few times early on, upon getting her- but not anymore.  I've had the hairs on my arm and no thanks!!!

I used to have a Pinktoe, but I couldn't keep the environment right, and she died.  I really want a Cobalt.....love those....

Tarantulas are the best!

Did you get all new risers/spice racks?  I noticed you had black ones on the old thread.

Black to white is usually some intense painting, but they look really nice.  The overall set-up is way different too... switching out walls, moving the Detolfs, etc.  What's on the wall with the window now?

Pics!  I used to collect/keep fish before I got into toys.  I had two 55s, a 30, a 20, and a couple 10-gallon tanks all in the same room!

I got you both beat.  B)

I used to run a 75 gallon. Too much effort though, had to shut it down when the second baby popped out.

Nah man, TWO 55s beat a 75.  B) Plus the other tanks.  But, if yours was saltwater, I will give you the win.  I never went saltwater -- what a major PITA!

2 55's side by side is super cool. Seems like an 8 feet long tank.
