I found another 9 including the Salmon #107...

Wait?! Does that mean you have 2 Salmon 107's?

A PM is on the way.

Adamantiumwulf probably has what he says he has. I traded him a while back for a salmon #108, which is as rare as they get. So him having one of a kind figs is believable to me.

Nine more updates!

Salmon
085
107

Red
024
051
110

Magenta
021

Dark Blue
047
092
228

Lots of rare figures in this lot. Of significance are the 047 and 092 Dark Blue which complete Part Seven; all MUSCLEs have been found for that part.

Also, the addition of the 107 Salmon, completes the 107s!

Is that a DARK blue or a LIGHT blue Sunshine Pyramid?
  • 0
Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Dark Blue.

107 belongs to Part Fourteen, Tree One, which was not made in Light Blue. However, when seeing a Dark Blue by itself, they do sometimes look Light Blue.

Here's Part 14: check out the second tree to see what Light Blues look like compared to Dark Blues.

Nope.

The only sticking point is the three trees that are predicted to come in Orange, but haven't had any of their Orange figures found yet.

Why, did you find a figure that wasn't predicted?

which three trees are the ones that are predicted to have orange but none have been found yet? Could it be that those particular figures are just unpopular and so werent as likely to be kept in one's collection?

Well, there are only 3 trees in question. So, we really only need to find one figure from each tree in orange to "prove" that the other figures in that tree exist in Orange.

All three trees happen to be small, two trees of 4 and one tree of 5.

You can see them here: Orange Needs

The first row is Part Five, Tree Two which consists of 4 figures.

The second row is Part Eight, Tree Four which consists of 4 figures (including the Doc Nako, the announcer).

The third row is Part Thirteen, Tree Two which consists of 5 figures (including the Sunshine Arch).

Has anyone seen an Orange Doc Nako or an Orange Sunshine Arch?

Like I said, we only need to find one from each tree to prove the others exist!

Yep,I think I saw an Orange Sunshine Arch on ebay
about 2 years ago,the lot consisted of #107's +#15's.
Have to go through my old com's hard drive to find
the pics of that auction,I think I might of bid on it too.
Will try and find and report back.

'On Sale' or 'For Sale'. It's really the same thing! The word, 'Sale' means YOU CAN BUY IT,
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

Sure, just like that Puyo awhile back was Magenta...

:D

Anyhoo, updated the MCIA with two new figsters!

Posted Image

As with all the figures left, this one was rare! It belongs to Part 13, Tree 2. Ignoring the 5 uncertain Orange figures for that part for a moment, all that's needed is one more figure for Part 13 and it is complete!

Posted Image

Again, another rare figure! This one belongs to Part 5, Tree 1. Only one more figured needed in this small tree of three to complete it!

But the figures themselves came from a reputable source. Me!

:fop:

I got them from a Canadian seller, and sent them to Arforbes for all the MCIA images he gave me!

Anyhow, yeah, Arforbes, how would you feel about taking cleaner pictures of these two?

I can do that, the lighting was bad on those pics so I did punch up the brightness on the photos. I get a few more figures in the mail in a few days and I will break out the collection and get better shots of them.

ok, so this is nothing too exciting...but I found it interesting.

It's been mentioned numerous times about geography directly effecting certain sculpt and color distribution; here's an interesting picture from an auction:

Posted Image

I checked the MCIA and here you go

almost all of the salmon figures (yes, they are salmon!) in view are from part eight!!!

Five more updates!

#010 Red
#025 Red

Both of them rare, and both belonging to Part 2.

#044 Magenta
#067 Megenta
#103 Magenta

All three of them rare, and also all belonging to Part 2.

Check out Part Two here!

Arforbes got these from Canada. Hm, Matt, wouldn't that be weird if he got all these rare Part Two sculpts in one lot?

Thanks Arforbes! I'm really, for the first time, beginning to believe that we will be able to document a COMPLETE COLOR SET!

I believe so too! The ony thing I question is if those Light Orange figures that you need pictures of actually exist or if the logging of these figures was a mitake on MuscleDB. I have never seen any of them and there are quite a few. I am starting to think that maybe these were not made and simply were logged incorrectly, maybe the owners had salmon figures and logged them as light orange.

Recently added TWO more! Incredible, only 27 figures away -- not including the "uncertain" Oranges -- from complete documentation of the MUSCLE toy line!

B)

Dark Blue: #221 & #224

Both of these figures belong to Part 21, Tree 1. And it should come as no surprise that they are both rare, and Arforbes (of course) reports that they were both acquired from Canada.

Thanks Arforbes!

Man! I can't wait to see this thing finished! If all the remaining figures are found before we discover any figures believed to have not been made, then we can probably be certain that our calculations were correct. :o
