yes it is, its from this set. Youll get every figure except the spider, it was cast horrible and the legs were all bent up

@TonyPink Not just the small mold at that.. It seems this design has been around in more than one size.
That's great, man. The Imperials, Dor Meis, and others are some of my favorites. True childhood classics.
