These are perfect always wanted some insect lego mini figures. Im gonna call these Yars revenge the toy line.

Hope these are sold in all stores unlike their last original line Monsters vs Zombies that the idiots only sold at toys r us with nothing on the package or in store saying they was only sold there . I never got the one I wanted The Fly but they only had three packs left.

Convenient timing, with Galaxy Squad just hitting TRU and Lego Store shelves now.

I saw these at the news agent today. The pricing seems a bit excessive at £10 for the mounts and £5 for the riders. While it's good to see the Character Building lines continue to expand I'm getting impatient for the third series of Doctor Who figures to show up, they were originally meant to hit over six months ago. With the Zombie vs Monster sets having been mentioned here I found out recently that Cobi (who actually produce the Character Building lines for Character Options) have put out a general release of the line for mainland Europe with a different selection of figures in the blind bags and more building sets than the UK TRU release got.

Presumably copying Lego's design wasn't enough, so they're now aping Lego's rip-off prices.

I'm happy to say that these have hit clearance. I have been filling my boots at Home Bargains.

Battle Bugs are £1.49 each, Bug Riders with cannon are 39p each (!) and the Nest with Bug Upgrades were £1.99. There's also a Red Hornet command nest which is £3.99.

Essentially, you can buy the entire line of these toys for less than 20 quid, which is frankly marvellous value.

Don't hang around too long, these things are priced to clear ;)

I've only seen one each of the nests so far, they seem to be available in far more limited quantitites than the minifigures, bugz and hornet base. I'd pick those up as and when you see them.
