Two full sets of muscle figures on Ebay thought were interesting...

Saw these today...

I though this was interesting because it's a mixed color and flesh set.

This I've never heard of before... But the again I didn't know much about the softer Japanese muscle figures until I came to the board. Looks to be some sort of collectors set...

That full muscle set has been listed again and again for a while now. Too high and not really any good colors, but a nice set anyway!

The box set is a kinnikuman 29th anny reissue box. Has all 418 sculpts. Figures are smaller and probably 5% actually stand. I have had three of them in the past few years and they all suck with the standing issue. Cool to have all 418 sculpts though! None of mine have sold beyond 225 with free shipping if I remember right....

Is the standing thing an issue with that set or just with the Japanese ones in general?

The guy that has those for sale on eBay is a great dude I've bought loads of Battle Beats from him :)

My opinion is the boxset is bad with standing all around.  I have a lot of Japanese kinnikuman that stand great, seems the 29th anny figures are just sloppily treated with the molds or cooldowns or something....

My experience and opinion only!  

 

ysnt stand well imo.  yst dont!
