having M.U.S.C.L.E. coming to the WB lineup sept. 14th, depending on the popularity and renewed interest, i would say it could be a possiblity for new guy's being produced... anyone else have any thoughts or info on something like this?
also, i have missed being a part of the email group... i changed isp's, and obviously email addresses, while going through a very difficult time with my varied health problems, and i have just got back in control of things. anyway, if anyone would like to send me the info i need to get back on, email me at magneticmynd@aol.com. thanks...

My thought is that we will see a whole new line up, similar to Pokemon and Digimon toys. I doubt that they'll do a rerelease of the old line, but Kinnikuman 2nd generation has a whole line up of new and revised characters.

i'd like to see brocken jr as a real muscle. from what ive seen of him with regards to the kinnikuman line he seemed to be an important character and im not sure why he never made the transistion to muscle, unless of course it had something to do with him being i nazi!

I do think that new Kinnikuman toys will come eventually, although probably not this year. Kinnikuman was, from what I saw, completely absent from Toy Fair 2002 and the San Diego Comic Con (which toy companies use to display their figures to retailers), and I would assume that absence means that nobody has any toys in the works right now. I think that the toy company that holds the license is going to wait a bit to make sure the cartoon is a success before they invest in making the toys.

Small scale, MUSCLE-like figures are actually pretty popular with kids nowadays (recent examples include Pokemon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and He-man). If new Kinnikuman toys are made, they'll probably have an equivalent. I would also assume that they would have a 4"-6" action figure line, a la Dragonball Z. But I guess that depends on how popular the cartoon is. Maybe we'll get lucky and get t-shirts, too!

It's an exciting time to be a MUSCLE fan! I can't wait to see what's in store for us!

Man if they came out with Yu-Gi-Oh style figures I would be snappin them shizznits up quick style. I have actually been tempted to start collecting the YGO figures out of desperation, there is nothing out right now thats really worthy of buying... I have contemplated Medabots but I dont know they don't grab me for some reason
