I stumbled across this figure but don't know much about it.  I'm interested to know if it is an authentic Kinkeshi figure or a bootleg and also what the value of this figure might be.

It is made from the "eraser style" rubber and does have YSNT stamped on the back. The figure on the right is a MUSCLE, so it is also much smaller than a typical figure -- but isn't a super deformed figure like most of the smaller Kinkeshi I've seen before.

Thanks! Brian

Is he missing his signature lens on his head?

Wasn't sure from the pic. I have no idea what it's from, but he is pretty cool... I assume he can't stand with his feet moving inward like that. I like he is a little more lengthy in his stature.

The lens is a circle on his face, so yes it is there but it doesn't pop out like on some of the other figures.

He does have the YSNT stamp on his back which makes me think he isn't a boot. But I suppose it is possible that somebody made boots and stamped them too?

With my limited knowledge of Japanese I'll try to translate the translation.

Disclaimer: I don't speak Japanese, I just have a rough understanding of sentence structure and the help of several Japanese dictionaries :D

First of all some clarification, apparently "Amada Kinnikuman" "Select Chojin" or "Amada Chojin" seems to refer to a line of Keshigomu from a company who makes vending toys called Mac Star.(?) Mac Star could also be the name of a shop.(??)

Chojin means superman, superhuman, or roughly, titan.

"Kin poppy" is Kinkeshi translated poorly.

From staple items Kin poppy Kinnikuman that flare up in 37 volumes released, is an additional Amada Mac star (blue) to mail order items !!

From the standard lineup of Kinnikuman Kinkeshi, that has expanded to 37 volumes, comes an additional blue Amada figure to Mac Star's mail-order items.

Wanted superhuman Mac star, known for the current Mr. VTR.

Mac Star's Select Chojin line currently presents Mr. VTR

In Nagoya shop is superman of rumors that "Eh? Not a Mister VTR?" The voice of confusion that is frequently asked.

In the "Chojin gossip" of Nagoya shops can be frequently heard the lament "Huh? Why no Mr. VTR?"

Precise superman detailing taste precisely because small Amada off.

One can appreciate the minute detail of such a small Amada figure.

Is a gem you want lined Come with Mr. VTR.

Mr. VTR finally graces this lineup.

Come Please purchase this opportunity in Nagoya !!

state is good.

Conditions favorable.

In addition, the item is also a mail order purchased !!

This item is also available by mail-order,

person please mail-order you would like to here! Nagoya [TOY] mail order page here ※

those who would like to mail order click here! Nagoya [TOY] mail order page here ※

The mail order of goods will be accepted from 12:30.

Any Japanese speakers feel free to correct me / judge me harshly :p

I have a small turbo man #232 that seems like it might go in the same series. Smaller, thinner sculpt, marked the same.

Thanks for the info guys! Not really sure exactly what it means... Sounds like it is a figure produced by Mac Star of Kinnikuman characters? Also, thanks for the additional translation because it was more understandable.

That figure is from the Amanda poppy line. Only way to grab one was from the capsule machine back in the days. There's some what hard to find even in auctions sites. There are other and few different sculpts base on the fan design Super Rare kinkeshi. BTW, cool fig you got.

"アマダ" Would be "Amada" and the word "poppy" in Japanese is "罌粟" or "芥子" both pronounced "Keshi"

Amada Keshi line. :)
