Snagged some dead stock and wanted to share the wealth. I've normally sold these for 40ish plus shipping, but since I have so many now, I am dropping the price to $25 with tracked shipping included!

Based on the name, I assume these were made in the late 80s, or possible the early 90s. 88 was a big year in Korea (it's when the Olympics came), so it's possible they used that number because of that and not necessarily because it was the year the toy was made.

Hit me up if you are interested. I can give discounts if you want to buy more than one box. Thanks! :-)

Weird, Gold Lightan on the box with kinkeshi boots inside.

Do you know if they are all muscle sculpts?

The 3 figures pictured are the only ones in any of the boxes I opened.

Funny thing is the Oilman figure has a defective claw that I've seen on bootlegs of him in other sets. So it seems that there was one spot pumping out these bootlegs and just shoving them into different kinds of packaging.

I picked one of these up from Retro a while back. It is a pretty cool little set.

An interesting characteristic of the included Cubeman is his hollowed out back:

The same thing is evident with the bootlegged Brocken with a kinked neck. I have come across that figure in several materials and varying trademarkings, all with the same deformity.

Also realizing yours were different colors too! I need to go through all of the boxes to see if there are any variants in color.
