Dino Riders or Similar?

A friend recently gave these to me and said they were Dino Riders.  Looking on eBay I cannot seem to match any of the figures exactly, but I also see there are other very similar looking lines.

Anyone either confirm or correctly ID these?

Looks like a few series. Top left guys are Dino Riders. Some of the bottom dudes look like MASK which are a similar tiny bit smaller than GI Joe scale.

Dino Riders do not have foot pegs while MASK do which usually helps with IDs

Not sure what most of them are.

The top left are from the Torosaurus set, Magnus I think.

Guys with Orange Belts and Guns along with the Purple guy are battle tech.

Thanks for the input.  So it looks like this is a mixed bag with 2 Dino Riders top left, then orange guns & purple being Battle Tech figures, and the few larger dudes with helmets may be Sky Commander. 

Any ideas on the dude on the top right?

dude on top right and guy with red vest are Vor-Tech figures. kind of a 90's M.A.S.K. reboot that never really took off.
